Open Fiddler and close any unnecessary applications before proceeding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li>Click on &#8220;Tools&#8221; in the menu bar, then select &#8220;Fiddler Options&#8221;. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the &#8220;Fiddler Options&#8221; window, click on the &#8220;HTTPS&#8221; tab. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the &#8220;Decrypt HTTPS Traffic&#8221; box to enable HTTPS inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background has-small-font-size\">Note: Make sure there is <strong>HTTPS <\/strong>traffic recorded in these traces, otherwise we cannot gain any insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"563\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ruianding.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-516\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Repro the issue you are encountering.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Stop capturing traffic in Fiddler and save the Fiddler trace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on &#8220;File&#8221; in the menu bar and uncheck the &#8220;Capture Traffic&#8221; option (or press F12). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Again, click on &#8220;File&#8221; and select &#8220;Save&#8221;. Choose &#8220;All Sessions&#8221; to save all captured sessions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will see a new file with a *.saz extension, representing the saved Fiddler trace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"405\" height=\"309\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ruianding.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-515\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Capture the HTTP trace via Chrome Developer Tools \u2013 F12 key <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-background has-small-font-size\">It is a fallback method, in the situation that we cannot use the Fiddler. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-pale-pink-background-color has-background has-small-font-size\">The below doc also offers examples of performing HAR captures using various web browsers:<br><a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/azure\/azure-portal\/capture-browser-trace\">Capture a browser trace for troubleshooting &#8211; Azure portal | Microsoft Learn<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Press F12 Key in your keyboard &gt; Open the &#8220;<strong>Network<\/strong>&#8221; tab in your browser&#8217;s developer tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.
